The best parts of CAPS so far have been learning how to do CPR and becoming CPR certified, taping ankles, and my top 5 presentation. I really enjoyed learning CPR because it helped me feel confident I could potentially help save someone's life. I felt a sense of pride becoming certified.

Ankle taping was also very fun to learn because I have always had my ankles taped but never actually done the taping. My first tape job was quite horrible, but the second time taping someone's ankle was way easier and I can tell with a good amount of practice it will be like riding a bike! The last thing was a very fun presentation about my Top 5, and I got to choose the category. I chose roller coasters I've ridden in my life because riding them is one of my favorite things to do. It was really enjoyable to talk about something I love.
